President Donald Trump said Tuesday night that he would accept the midterm election results and work with Democrats, according to an interview with The New York Times.
"I am absolutely willing to accept those results," Trump said.
"We'll work with the Democrats, and we'll, you know, look forward to working with them. We'll probably work something out."
The interview took place shortly before 10:30 PM Eastern as Trump watched election returns at the White House.
