Reporting a concern
Email tips@tachlisdaily.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- Your name, email and phone number.
- A description of the work you own (for example, a photo or video).
- The link to the page on TachlisDaily where it appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every notice promptly. When a notice is complete, we remove or disable access to the material and let the person who posted it know where possible.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed material's original link, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error. We may restore it unless the owner tells us they have filed a legal action.
Repeat infringement
We may stop accepting submissions from anyone who repeatedly posts material they do not have the right to share.
