JetBlue begins daily nonstop flights from Fort Lauderdale to Indianapolis and Columbus
The airline's daily Fort Lauderdale flights to Indianapolis and Columbus begin Monday evening, bringing JetBlue to Indianapolis for the first time and back to Columbus.
JetBlue said Monday it is starting daily nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and both Indianapolis and Columbus, Ohio, on the same day.
The Fort Lauderdale flights depart at 7 p.m. Monday. The first return flights leave Indianapolis and Columbus at 6 a.m. local time on Tuesday, November 3, according to the airline's schedule. Service is daily, and schedules may vary.
The routes bring JetBlue to Indianapolis for the first time and mark its return to Columbus, the airline said. Flights will operate on Airbus A320 aircraft.
JetBlue said the new routes are part of a Fort Lauderdale network that it expects to reach more than 150 daily departures to 61 nonstop destinations this winter, its largest schedule at the airport.
