The intersection of North Hope Chapel Road and New Central Avenue in Jackson is expected to fully reopen Saturday, November 7, at 4 p.m., according to The Lakewood Scoop. The reopening remains projected, rather than confirmed.

The new roundabout is then expected to close again for the day on Saturday, November 14, for final milling and paving. The report says all work is expected to be complete after that closure.

The intersection has been under construction as part of the roundabout project, with closures and detours affecting traffic. Other work in the area will continue next week, including topsoil and seeding.

Drivers should use caution near the construction area and watch for changes to the planned reopening and final paving schedule.
