Drone Strike Sets Russia's Fourth-Largest Oil Refinery Ablaze as Ukraine Resumes Attacks on Russian Oil
A massive fire tore through LUKOIL's Kstovo refinery near Nizhny Novgorod after a reported overnight drone strike, with analysts estimating Ukraine has knocked out a tenth of Russia's oil refining capacity in three days.

A reported Ukrainian drone strike set one of Russia's largest oil refineries ablaze overnight, as Kyiv resumed its campaign against Russian oil infrastructure despite warnings from Washington, reports said Sunday.
The LUKOIL refinery in Kstovo, near Nizhny Novgorod - Russia's fourth-largest, processing some 17 million tonnes of oil a year - was seen burning after the strike, reports said.
Russia opened a terrorism case over the attack on the industrial facility, while open-source analysts estimated that Ukraine has disrupted roughly 10 percent of Russia's oil refining capacity within three days.
The strike came as Russian attacks cut power in parts of Ukraine, with both sides trading blows on energy infrastructure.
