Today, 23 Adar, marks the Yahrtzeit of Reb Yitzchak Meir Alter of Ger, known as the Chidushei HaRim. Born in 1799, he was a Gadol in Kabalah and Hasmada, known as the founder of the Gerer chassidus.

His seforim continue to resonate deeply within the community, shaping the landscape for generations to come. As the grandfather of the Sfas Emes, he left an indelible mark on Yiddishkeit.
