Today, on the 28th of Teves, is the Yahrtzeit of Rabbi Shmuel Berenbaum (1920-2008).

Rosh Yeshiva of Mir in Brooklyn for over 50 years and was a close talmid of Rav Chatzkel Levenshtein.
