According to all Minhagim it is permitted to shave and take a haircut this Friday, L’Kovod Shabbos.

Rav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach ZT”L says it is preferred to be done after Chatzos – if not, then from the morning.

The Heter of Shaving on Friday applies to the Ashkenazic minhag of shaving on Lag B’Omer.

However, those Sefardim that do not shave until L’ad B’Omer – do not have the heter to shave on Friday.
