Hundreds gathered at the Tsoher Regional Cemetery near Kibbutz Nir Oz in southern Israel at the levaya of Shiri Bibas and her two young sons, Ariel and Kfir.
The procession began earlier in the day, with masses of Israelis lining the route from the center of the country to the south, holding orange balloons—a color that had come to represent hope for the family’s safe return during their captivity.
