JCP&L has scheduled a short, planned power outage in Lakewood on Tuesday, December 31, between 10:00 AM and noon.

The outage, lasting less than ten minutes, will affect areas near Route 88, including Ridge Avenue, New Hampshire Avenue/Joe Parker Road, and Clover Street.

This is part of a permanent solution to address the issue that caused Sunday’s major blackout, which had been temporarily resolved.
