Iranian Media has confirmed that Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas, was eliminated in Tehran early Wednesday morning.
In a statement, the terrorist organization mourned the death of Haniyeh, who it said was killed in “a treacherous raid on his residence in Tehran” after attending the swearing-in ceremony of the new Iranian president.
As leader of the organization, Haniyeh’s importance was primarily symbolic within the Terrorism faction.
Earlier today, it was reported that an IDF airstrike in Beirut killed Fuad Shukr, the Hezbollah commander behind the deadly Majdal Shams attack.
