Baruch Dayan Ha’emes, we regret to inform you of the petirah of Harav Yechiel Yitzchok Perr, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva of Far Rockaway. He was a talmid of Rav Aharon Kotler, founding talmid of the Philadelphia Yeshiva and a son-in-law of Rav Yehuda Leib Nekretz.
