El Al is making history with the first-ever privacy screens for seat-back entertainment systems, exclusively revealed to DansDeals. The airline has begun installing these screens on all its Dreamliners, with completion expected within two months.

Designed by El Al and approved by the FAA for the 787 Dreamliner, the new system ensures that passengers won’t be disturbed by their neighbors’ screens. This is particularly beneficial for parents who want to shield their children from mature content. The privacy screens also improve nighttime comfort, blocking out distractions for better sleep.

El Al already offers parental controls, prayer direction, and even Artscroll-loaded iPads upon request. As competition increases in the U.S.-Israel market, El Al continues to innovate, enhancing the passenger experience under Rozenberg family ownership.
