President Trump announced a groundbreaking initiative to establish the largest AI infrastructure project in history.

The new venture, Stargate, backed by leading tech firms Oracle, SoftBank, and OpenAI, aims to invest up to $500 billion to create advanced AI infrastructure and generate 100,000 jobs. The first data center, spanning 1 million square feet, is under construction in Texas.

Highlighting the project’s importance, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman emphasized its role in maintaining US dominance over China in AI technology while advancing national security and economic growth.
