Mossad chief David Barnea has called for a direct military strike on Iran in retaliation for recent attacks carried out by the Houthi militia, according to reports.

During high-level discussions within Israel’s political and security leadership, Barnea stressed that merely targeting the Houthis would not address the root of the issue. “We need to target the head; striking only the Houthis won’t be enough,” Barnea reportedly stated.
