Today, on the 12th of Kislev, is the Yahrtzeit of Rabbi Avraham Dov Auerbach (1765-1841).

Reb Avraham Dov Auerbach ZT”L is from the towns of Avritch & Tzfas, he was known as the Bas Ayin.

Talmid of R’ Levi Yitzchak MiBerdichev & R’ Nachum of Chernobyl etc. Saved mispalelim from the deadly earthquake of Tzfas in 1837.
