Tzvi Kogan, an Israeli citizen and Chabad Shliach serving in the UAE, has been missing since Thursday, November 21. UAE and Israeli authorities, including the Mossad, have launched an intensive investigation, suspecting that his disappearance may be linked to a terrorist incident, potentially involving Iranian elements.

Israeli security services are closely coordinating with their UAE counterparts to locate Kogan and ensure his safe return.
