Assemblyman Avi Schnall is inviting residents of District 30 to an ANCHOR Application Filing and Assistance Event on Sunday, November 3rd, aimed at providing support for residents applying to New Jersey’s property tax relief program, ANCHOR (Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters).
The event will take place at the CHEMED Conference Room, 1771 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Participants are encouraged to bring a government-issued photo ID to facilitate the application process.
The ANCHOR program, run by the New Jersey Division of Taxation, offers eligible homeowners and renters significant property tax relief. Assemblyman Schnall is hosting this event to ensure that District 30 residents can take advantage of this opportunity to alleviate their tax burden. Representatives will be on hand to assist with the application process, answer questions, and provide information on eligibility and benefits.
“I understand the challenges many of our residents face with rising living costs, including property taxes,” said Assemblyman Schnall. “Through this event, we are making it easier for families and individuals to receive the assistance they deserve. I urge anyone who may qualify to join us, get guidance, and take the next steps toward property tax relief.”
