Baruch Dayan Ha’emes, we regret to inform you of the Petirah of Harav Shlomo Halioua ZT”L, Rosh Yeshiva of Chaim Berlin was niftar after sudden illness on Chol Hamoed at the age of 66.
He was appointed Rosh Yeshiva approximately 1 year ago after the petirah of his Shver HaRav Aharon Schechter ZT”L. The Rosh Yeshiva gave his last shiur in Yeshiva on Chol Hamoed and was taken to the hospital before 2nd days of Yom Tov.
The Levaya will take place in Yeshiva Chaim Berlin at 10:30 Monday morning.
Kevurah will be at Beth David Cemetery on Long Island.
